An Afternoon with Vickie Schufer

Vickie Schufer (http://www.ecoimages-us.com/) is a pretty amazing woman.  She is kind, helpful and amazingly knowledgable about the world around her, especially wild edibles.  We spent thr afternoon learning about the plants that grow all around us.  I have 38 photos of plants that grow everywhere and are useful for food and medicine.  What a great day!
